- Post sale support, responding to customer queries
- Acting as a bridge between development, customers
- Making quarterly presentations on support, market analysis
- Competitive analysis

- Identify prospects based on industry/geography/metal/domain
- Executing road shows, clinics, assistance in Continuing education programmes
- Participating in exhibitions
